Mrs. Tina Ratliff, Owner/Director
With over 20 years of experience in childcare, Mrs. Tina has dedicated her life to nurturing and teaching young minds. As a devoted wife and mother of seven, she understands the importance of creating a loving and supportive environment for children to grow and thrive.
Mrs. Tina has completed a variety of state-required trainings, including certifications in SIDS prevention, CPR/First Aid, and Early Childhood Credentials. She has also taken Leadership and Managerial courses to stay updated on childcare laws and best practices.
Her career journey began at renowned childcare centers such as Kids 'R' Kids, Jeff & Jess Kids, The Sunshine House, and La Petite Academy, where she gained hands-on experience in roles ranging from Lead Teacher and Transportation Driver to Assistant Director and Director. This comprehensive background laid the foundation for her expertise and leadership in the childcare field.
In 2002, driven by her passion for children and a vision for fostering their growth, Mrs. Tina took a leap of faith and established Promoting Growth Childcare. Since then, she has been committed to providing high-quality care and education for every child who walks through her doors.
Outside of her work, Mrs. Tina enjoys singing, traveling, and crafting, finding joy in both creativity and connection. Her dedication, compassion, and years of experience make her a trusted and beloved figure in the childcare
